Avocado and Spinach Glow Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 small cucumber (sliced)
- 2 tsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings:
- Sliced almonds or crushed walnuts
- A pinch of red chili flakes for spice
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions, then allow it to cool. Set aside.Blend the Dressing:

- Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
