Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Optional: a few nuts or seeds for topping
Instructions:
- In a jar, mix milk, chia seeds, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
